Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy services are provided to adult individuals and couples, in order to identify and to cope more effectively with problems in daily living and to deal with inner conflicts. My service focuses in particular, but not exclusively, on grief, life-threatening illness, and relationship strain.
My work is grounded in attachment-based and emotionally-focused approaches, informed by extensive experience in hospice and bereavement care. I believe that grief is not a problem to solve, but a process of reflection, meaning-making, and relational steadiness that supports the human experience.
